Mi madre ha estado en el home de American Home Care Facility por casi 2 años y no podría estar más agradecida por el cuidado que recibe. El personal es increíblemente, cariñoso y la trata con la amabilidad y el respeto que merece. También son muy higiénicos: las instalaciones siempre están limpias y prestan mucha atención al cuidado personal de cada residente. Algo que realmente destaca es cómo hacen todo lo posible para que los residentes se sientan especiales. Traen regularmente a una estilista y a alguien que les pinta las uñas, lo cual a mi madre le encanta. Eso le alegra el día y la hace sentir consentida y segura de sí misma. Saber que está en un lugar donde no solo está segura y bien cuidada, sino también valorada, nos da una gran tranquilidad a toda la familia.

My grandmother has been living at this assisted living facility for several months now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and reassured. What really stands out is how extremely caring and thoughtful they are—not just toward my grandmother, but toward all the residents. Every time I visit, I see how patient, respectful, and genuinely kind the caregivers are. It’s like a second home. They take the time to get to know each person, listen to their needs, and treat them with dignity. Whether it’s helping with daily routines, offering a warm smile, or simply being present, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. It's given our whole family peace of mind knowing she’s in a place where people truly care. If you're looking for a facility where your loved one, this is absolutely a good place to be in. We feel so lucky to have found it.

I took my grandmotber to this home at the age of 92. I entrusted them with her after I went to visit the home as a police supervisor and saw first hand how well equipped and professional they were. As a police supervisor, I saw many elderly homes, this one is by far the best facility I have ever visited. They took such good care of my grandmother. I was able to get her good medical care and round the clock supervision. She was always clean and well fed. The home was meticulously kept. I visited every week at different days and times and never once saw anything out of place. I love u guys! Thank you for caring so well of my Abuelita Luz.

The hardest decision I have made in life was to place my motherin an ALF. My mom has dementia. Im a believer and trust in God. I knew, He would let me know when the time was right. When she started to leave the house at all hours. She didn’t know who anyone was anymore and was getting aggressive. My daughter told me it was time I prayed for an answer. We visited several places. God confirmed where I chosen was the right place. Three months, my mom is herself. She recognizes me and she is the happiest I have seen her in years. I couldn’t recommend a better place. Cuando empezó a salir de casa a todas horas. Ya no sabía quién era nadie y se estaba poniendo agresiva. Mi hija me dijo que era hora de orar por una respuesta. Visitamos varios lugares. Dios confirmó que el lugar que elegí era el correcto. Tres meses después, mi mamá es ella misma, otra vez. Ella me reconoce y es lo más feliz que la he visto en años. No podría recomendar un lugar mejor.
