My husband is the first resident at Alva Senior Living and we love it! The staff are all wonderful, caring care givers and take care of all of his needs. Juli, the ED, is awesome! It is a new facility and is clean, bright and cheerful. The food is delicious. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, please check out Alva Senior Living. You won't regret it. Did I mention that the individual rooms are all newly furnished!

As a home health care provider serving the Alva and surrounding areas for many years, I can confidently say that the newly opened Alva Assisted Living is a breath of fresh air for seniors and their families in this community. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Juli the community director at another assisted living community for a few years and from our very first interaction with Juli and the leadership and care team at Alva assisted living, it was clear that this facility was founded on compassion, integrity, and a deep understanding of what high-quality senior care should look like which is exactly what we’re accustomed to with anything Juli is involved in. The staff is responsive, communicative, and collaborative—traits that make a world of difference when coordinating care between agencies like ours and their in-house team. The environment is welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed to promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort. Residents can enjoy a true sense of community where they’ll quickly feel at home. From a clinical standpoint, it’s been a pleasure working alongside their team. While this is a new community, the team working together has a long history of providing excellent service and care in Lee County. They’re proactive in identifying health needs, attentive to residents’ well-being, and consistently advocate for timely interventions when needed. This partnership allows us to provide seamless, effective care that truly puts residents first. Juli gave us a tour and we knew her from a previous memory care that my dad lived in where she was the executive director. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about caring for their residents. I was given a personal tour of this beautifully appointed future home of some very fortunate God loving seniors. Truly a wonderful transition place, to age gracefully and meet new friends. From the swimming pool to the baby grand, the grand parents can enjoy this new home with confidence and peaceful living. Well done!!
I highly recommend this New facility. Its bright, clean and every detail was thought out perfectly. We have needed a facility in our area for a long time and I look forward to watching the residents thrive there! I would absolutely trust their staff to care for my family!
