My parents fell into ill health during the pandemic. Since we weren’t seeing them, no one knew how dire the situation had gotten. When I realized that they needed to relocate to assisted living, I panicked, having never done this before. A simple google search brought me to Ally Senior Living Consultants. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry, I received a phone call that would change the trajectory of this entire experience. I was paired with Denise and she walked me through every single step. She called, emailed, and texted and did so much research and leg work for me. She took my panicked phone calls, she scheduled and rescheduled around my needs. What could have been the most stressful experience of my life was made so much better by Denise and Ally! She was patient, thorough, friendly, and an outstanding problem solver. I would recommend this company (and Denise) to anyone facing a change of life for the elderly loved ones in their lives! Thank you is simply not a big enough phrase to express my gratitude!

Ally Senior Care (Denise)was essential in getting my mother placed into a great assisted living facility. She went above and beyond to educate me and my family on the procedures of these actions. Denise would call the rehabilitation facility getting dates and times set up for my mother’s departure from rehab and into the best facility for her and us. She kept us informed of everything she had done and was going to do. Denise was incredibly efficient and I could tell she really cared about us since we had never been through something like this which became extremely stressful. I can’t say enough about how perfectly she performed her job and I can’t thank her enough. I am forever in her debt.
