I would give zero stars if I could. Have been working back and forth with a rep and called today to get someone different. He was so incredibly rude, kept cutting me off and telling me they’ve sent “lots of caregivers my way and I just didn’t like any of them”. I have NEVER even met with anyone they have sent because the original rep and I had discussed that I wanted to bring someone I knew onboard to be the caregiver or do it myself. He said that his employees all just said the same thing! I explained I’d only ever worked with Shannon via email and never met anyone or even screened anyone.…

He was so incredibly rude, kept cutting me off and telling me they’ve sent “lots of caregivers my way and I just didn’t like any of them”. I have NEVER even met with anyone they have sent because the original rep and I had discussed that I wanted to bring someone I knew onboard to be the caregiver or do it myself. He said that his employees all just said the same thing! I explained I’d only ever worked with Shannon via email and never met anyone or even screened anyone. He said they were changing the process and o couldn’t be a caregiver with the way they were currently set up and clearly they couldn’t help me and hung up! I called back and someone else answered and I could hear Andrew yelling in the background to “just tell me they’re going into a meeting”. Completely unprofessional and I would never trust them with care for my child if they can’t even be honest with me over interviewing caregivers.
Over a months notice and found out 3 days before my major surgery that Julia did absolutely nothing to acquire an aide for my disabled daughter which she qualified for. Never even requested insurance approval after speaking with the insurance case manager. As a retired RN case manager in this community I find this unacceptable. Would never recommend this facility based on the sheer callousness of this employee .

The only thing is i wish they would help the care giver with gas money or something cause that's pretty much the job, driving all over the place. Other then that its good!
