The women and men that work here have become friends that we have created bonds with. They help cover so many areas of the transition and your loved ones daily living. Brenda, the activities coordinator really hits a home run with gatherings and events. They always show up with a smile. Go take a tour and see for yourself.
Allegro has just been an awesome place for my parents. We recently lost my mother and they have been fantastic helping my father cope with the loss. Such a caring staff I couldn't ask for more.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Please please please use caution in the memory care. My mom would be locked out of her room sitting in the hall for hours. The only person who was nice to her or cared about her was the person in the kitchen. I was lied to multiple times my mother was abused. Her face looked like she was in a boxing match and was left like that all day. No one called 911 and told me she had a small bruise on her face. When I finally saw her at the end of the she looked like she was punched in the face. I lave pictures but they are too gruesome to post. I had to call…

If I could leave a negative star I would. Please please please use caution in the memory care. My mom would be locked out of her room sitting in the hall for hours. The only person who was nice to her or cared about her was the person in the kitchen. I was lied to multiple times my mother was abused. Her face looked like she was in a boxing match and was left like that all day. No one called 911 and told me she had a small bruise on her face. When I finally saw her at the end of the she looked like she was punched in the face. I lave pictures but they are too gruesome to post. I had to call 911 and emt could not believe she was like that all day. I did not send her back after her stay in the hospital. Horrible horrible to be lied to and nothing was done. Sheriffs department and dcf were invoked.

Allegro Senior Living in Fleming Island is such a welcoming and wonderful place to live. Our caregivers love working with the residents and I enjoy volunteering at the fun activities and events they offer. All staff is extremely kind, and Anne and her team are so easy to work with. I can not say enough wonderful things about Allegro. I am in and out of the community multiple times a month, whether participating in events, visiting a resident or dropping items off and every time I walk in it feels like home. The community is always spick and span - residents and staff have smiling faces throughout - and the environment is so positive. I will continue to spread the word in the community on how amazing Allegro is!
After touring several senior living communities, we decided Allegro was the perfect fit for my mom. Suzanne and the staff have been wonderful and very helpful in the process! My mom really enjoys being there and has made many friends.
Anne is sales is so friendly and outgoing. She made it such a smooth transition for me from home to my new home at Allegro. I really appreciate her and everything she did for me. Also, so thankful for Margo in transportation. She is always prompt and follows the schedule. She has such a great attitude.There are so many staff here from Laverne in housekeeping and the wonderful servers in dining that makes Allegro truly special.
I can’t put into words how much I appreciate Suzanne at Allegro. My 84 year-old mother lived with my husband and I for many years. We both work and after several falls, it was time to find an assisted living facility. From the very first moment we met Suzanne, she warmed our hearts. We took a tour of the facility, staff and residents were warm and friendly. A few residents even went out of their way to tell us how wonderful this place is and that they had been to other facilities that could not hold a candle to Allegro. The facility is beautiful, lots of activities and my mother is impressed with the food. I must say though, Suzanne went above and beyond assisting me during this stressful time. She was aware of my hectic work schedule and volunteered to handled the delivery and set up of my mother’s new furniture for her apartment. She assisted me with paperwork for the VA and referred us to a primary care provider that comes to Allegro to see her patients. My mother has been at Allegro for 5 days. She has made several friends and I can see happiness in her eyes again. Thank you Suzanne for making this transition seamless. I am truly grateful!
