Allegro Senior Living – Boynton Beach, FL

We had to move our mom into Allegro Memory Care on pretty short notice. This was an enormous decision for two out of state daughters. The facility was close to her home, very warm and clean. From the first visit, it felt homey and intimate and the staff seemed warm and caring. From start to finish the staff were great listeners, very patient, considerate, and incredibly flexible with our personal evolving circumstances and needs. We never felt pressure and they were generous with resources and advice before she even moved in. She spent just 2 1/2 months there before she passed away struggling with both lung cancer and Alzheimers. We can't say enough about the attention, responsiveness, and "can do" attitude of everyone on staff we encountered. We felt she was very well cared for by people who genuinely wanted to provide a safe and loving environment. What impressed us most was this authenticity started with the Director (Erica), emulated by the Director of Nursing (Sandra) nd Memory Care (Jeanne), new residents outreach (Cecilia) and extended to the rest of the staff - including health aids, med techs, housekeeping, activities coordinators, meal prep. Their professionalism in responding to questions, addressing any concerns honestly and fast, and meeting the changing needs of our mom was truly top notch. We will be forever grateful to Allegro for being part of our mom's village in her final months and giving us peace of mind and giving her a safe, warm and loving home close to her family and friends.

I have to say that the decision to find independent/assisted living for my dad was not a hard one. What I thought was going to be difficult was finding a suitable place with vitality, programming and caring people to become a part of my dad’s life. We looked at 3 places in Boynton and left feeling unfulfilled. THEN we found Allegro and from the time we walked in WITHOUT an appointment, we were greeted with smiles and a senior housing advisor came to meet us right away, sat down and chatted for about 20 minutes answering all our questions and then gave us a great tour! My dad and I left feeling 100% certain that this was the place! Since that day he was invited to stop by anytime, have a meal there, we exchanged contact info and ANY questions I had were answered in a timely manner and we truly felt cared about. Each and every staff person we have met since my dad joined the community was sooooo welcoming and many knew his name as we were moving in! The residents of the community are friendly and mirror the attitude of Allegro. We are all so happy. Dad is making a great transition. At every step in the process there are experienced and caring people who are top notch. I never thought it would be this easy. Thank you Allegro!

I lived here for about a year now and I love my apartment. My friends come each week to play canasta with me in bistro. My experience with Erica, Aimee and the other members have all been positive. No where is perfect but I like it here however the food problem .

My grandma moved to Allegro a few months ago, and I got to have dinner with her tonight. She is so happy and has so many friends. This was so important for her and Allegro has just been amazing. I have to thank Aimee so much for everything, she helped us through every step and truly made her feel so welcome.
