I have dealt with Brad and Accordia with 2 of my loved ones for over 10 years now. The care and compassion they have for their residents is absolutely stellar- and they have a great chef who does anything to accommodate anyone’s special needs or requests. Hopefully they will have room for me if and when I need a room
My mother has been a resident at Accordia Woods for 3 years. The staff there is great and very caring. When I first visited there I just knew it was the right place for our mother. It has a loving family atmosphere. The staff there went over and above what you would expect when we celebrated our mother's 100th birthday last year. It has been a great place for our Mom. .

This is one of the finest assisted living facilities in Pinellas County. They truly care and respect their residents. My father was there for a year and a half and considered it "home". Warm baked cookies in the afternoon, birthday and Christmas parties with meaningful gifts, happy hour! Thank you to the management and the team - you are very special
If you or a family member are researching assisted living communities, I cannot recommend Accordia Woods enough. The care that my grandmother received was unparalleled to anything I’ve ever experienced. The nursing staff was caring, competent, and went well beyond the call of duty to coordinate with external providers. Brad, the owner, was easy to work with and would bring in my grandmother’s favorite foods on tough days. The staff at Accordia Woods became like family over my grandmother’s time there and I cannot recommend them enough.
Accordia Woods was bigger than I anticipated. The rooms were adequate and the staff seemed very nice. It was a very welcoming and clean facility. Amanda took us on the tour and she was very nice, even though that wasn't her regular job. The person who was supposed to do it was out that day because of an illness in the family. So, she stepped in and did a fine job. The best thing about the place was the location. I also saw a list of the food they served and it all looked good, and some ladies were waiting for a craft class.
I went to Accordia Woods. It was too small, we didn't see any residents at all, and it was in the afternoon. I didn't care for that. It seemed they stayed in their rooms, and I didn't get a good feeling about that. They were expensive. The staff seemed very nice; he was fine.
