So disappointed, the only thing they excel at is their lack of empathy.

My father has been recovering in Abbey Delray for a while now and the place is extremely clean and the whole staff are very professional and helpful. When we have questions ot concerns they always address them. Awesome facilities

The staff is very friendly and cooperative . Lavi o One of my aides is exceptionally helpful. She came lsnwndaily to help me dress and prepar for the day .She is always pleasant and caring.KAREN my nurse is especially kind and thoughtful. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly. My stay here has been a pleasant one. Facility is beautiful and always help immaculate. The physical therapy potion is especially good and if you really want to get in shape, it’s the place to come. ask for Kate!

My mother is currently at this place and I am 4 hours away and having to call there daily because they can't seem to administer her medication and antibiotics in a timely manner and they ignore the patients for hours forcing them to sit there with no help going to the bathroom or whatever else they need. There are patients screaming from their rooms to get help and the staff there are oblivious. I wouldn't let them care for my dog. I have been trying to find a different place for my mom but apparently there are too many old people needing skilled nursing care and not enough facilities which is probably why this place can be this bad and still have patients. If you are okay with your loved one being neglected and outright ignored, not getting their heart medication, blood pressure medication and antibiotics AS PRESCRIBED, then this is the place for you. The staff seems oblivious to the fact that antibiotics must be administered at around the same time each time for the best results and when you are 2 or 3 hours late on a dose you are interfering with a patients recovery.

I have to say that Abbey Delray South didn’t know what they were in for when taking my mom into their rehab. She is a very difficult 91 year old lady. I was very co Verne that she would be kicked out. Well in comes the nurse Monique. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. I spent almost a half hour talking with her and trying to apologize for my mom’s actions. Monique was such angel. She smiled at me and said we got this. Monique explained everything to me. She continually reassured me of how they know how to deal with my mom. And deal she has. She has helped my mother with such professionalism and compassion. Between Monique reassuring me and seeing how she works from her heart and really cares, I know my mom is in great hands. Thank you Monique. You are awesome.
